Founder and President of AEMERUS Consulting Group—a recent assignment for a major NE insurance organization produced a $3,000,000 first year savings while improving all operation service results. This was accomplished within a thirty day assignment. Our focus is on superior results at the lowest cost while improving customer satisfaction.
Sr. Vice President – BlueCross BlueShield of Georgia. Succeeded in bringing BCBS Georgia service score from #63 to #1 in five quarters among all BlueCross BlueShield plans. Received Outstanding Achievement for Women award for the state of Georgia.
Assistant Vice President – CIGNA Healthcare, consolidated 26 call centers into 5 nationwide call centers reducing expenses by 25% while exceeding all operational objectives. Awarded the CIGNA Outstanding Service Award for top national results. Each center achieved a minimum of a 15 percent reduction in operating expense while exceeding all service requirements.
As Director of Medicare and Medicaid – New Mexico and Tennessee-- developed and ran multiple service centers for senior products successfully implementing restructured workflow for all operating areas. Appointed as insurance advisor to “Seniors Helping Seniors” and served on the Governor of New Mexico's task force for cost containment of health care. Served as President of HIAA in New Mexico and a member of the Professional Standards Review Organization. Served on the Government Services Committee of the Tennessee Medical Association
