Fred successfully implemented “Work-At-Home” programs for several claims operation centers.
Fred is renowned for his skills in training and mentoring. He received the coveted “Pinnacle Award” for mentoring and coaching. This award is given to two individuals of twenty-one thousand in any one 12 -month period.
