Judy is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a strong background in Employee Relations, HR Administration, Compensation, Benefits and HRIS. She has a proven track record of producing results quickly through team management and leadership. She is a strong communicator, identifies problems and develops solutions in a dynamic environment. As Assistant Vice President of Human Resources for Nationstar Mortgage Judy has successfully navigated the turbulent financial environment created by the sub-prime mortgage crisis. In her role with HR she has, with professionalism and compassion, reduced the size of the workforce in a quick and efficient manner with minimum disruption to operations.  Focused on reducing the company’s overhead she implemented a complete e-solution for HR and Benefits Administration by partnering with a national benefits outsource vendor, reducing company expense by $350K annually.


In her role as Director of Compensation and employee Benefits Judy was the lead HR resource to conduct due diligence and integration activities for 21 successful acquisitions representing $200 million in revenue to the organization. She also successfully implemented necessary HRIS, HR Administration including payroll and benefits functionality bring organization into compliance with Sarbane-Oxley requirements.


In previous Director level roles she has successfully addressed Department of Labor audits and investigations into possible Wage and Hour violations thereby avoiding significant fines. She obtained a dismissal from the Department of Labor on a “Notice of Rejection” of a Defined Contribution Plan avoiding $500K in fines and penalties.


Judy obtained her B.B.A. in Labor-Management Relations at Pace University in New York and her M.S. Management to Troy State University in Alabama. She is a certified CCP and as a SPHR by the Society of Human Resource Management Association.
